Minnie Penelope Pack is a lively young lady who raises more excitement in Yaptank in one afternoon than one small town can get over talking about in four years. Failing to collect nine dollars owed her father by the president of the Yaptank, she starts a run on that institution that includes the entire population and brings out the fire department also. The supporting items on the programme are up to the usual high standard. 530
