MEN'S MERCERS AND CLOTHIERS.
Mr S. J. Bethell, the well-known 1 Men's and Boys' Outfitter, of Banki Street, on the return of his son from the war, took him into partnership, and the business is now being carried on as Messrs Bethell and Son. This firm has always made a speciality of stocking only goods of a superior and reliable character. Messrs Bethell and Son have a large stock of general outfitting, and many lines suitable for Xmas and New Year presents, such as shirts, ties, handkerchiefs, etc. They are particularly well stocked with men's boxed suits and hats. These, while in advance of last year's prices, were bought early, and will be found to be generally below the ruling prices of to-day. At this establishment will also be found a good assortment of suit cases and other travelling requisites. Messrs Bethell and Son are able to give to each customer that personal attention which often means so much and on which, together with good value and reliability, they base their reputation.
