FREIGHTER SUFFERS BADLY. (Received 10 a.m.) NEW Oct. 21. The American tank steamer, George H. Jonee, and the British freighter, Chicago City, collided in New York Harbour. The Britisher was beached in a sinking condition. —A. and N.Z.
