BAY OF ISLANDS.
Mr Jouniieaux, the Independent Liberal candidate for the Bay of Islands seat, addressed a good meeting at Ohaeawai last night. Mr Hingston took the chair and the candidate outlined his political policy, laying stress upon the immediate duty of the Statfc in developing the country, by making and metalling good roads, completing railways, and opening out water-car-riage.
