(Repeiyed 8 a.m.) PARIS, Aug. 15.
The Roumanian reply protests against the Allied Council's charge that Roumania is desirous of separating herself from the Allies.
The reply points out that Roumania pnly the Peace Conference's telegram, ordering her not to enter, after §v.da.B e §th l?ad been captured.
The Supreme Council, in a conciliatory reply, pointed out that Allied generals will constitute a diplomatic mission and will not issue orders to the Roumanian army. — A .and N.Z.
