(Received 8 a.m.) LONDON, August 14. , The prisoners in the Dwina zone now number two thousand, and more are aoming in. The Bolsheviks drove in our outpost line westward of the Murmar railway. There are clear indications that the Bolsheviks are aware of our evacuation intentions, and that they contemplate a serious attack on the Murman front to hasten our withdrawal, hoping to damage the retiring troops.

General Petluna*has been reinforced and re-equipped from Roumania, and is advancing well towards Kieff.
