The State Department learns from neutral sources that the Bolshevik regime in Russia is collapsing. It is understood that Lenin and Trotsky have been seeking refuge in Scandinavia, Switzerland, Spain, and Germany in turn, but have been refused admittance everywhere. The only possibility now is Hungary.—A. and N.Z.
