THREE TIDAL WAVES. NUMEROUS BUILDINGS RASED. (Received 8.40 p.m.) SANTIAGO, Dec. 8. Latest reports of the earthquake state that four hundred buildings were destroyed at Copiapo, the capital of Aatacama porvince. Three tidal waves destroyed a large portion of the port of Taltal, north-west of Copiapo. There were several deaths and many people were in jured.—Reuter,
