FRENCH OCCUPATION LIKELY,
(Received 8 p.m.) COPENHAGEN, Dec. 0. The Heidelberg Workmen and Soldiers' Council says it is expected that the French will occupy Mannheim, also Heidelberg, owing to a regrettable incident in which a watchman at Mannheim killed three French orisoners.—A. and N.Z. and Renter.
