FLOTILLA AT WILHELMSHAVEN.
(Received 8 p.m.) LONDON, Dec 7. Mr Lloyd George, speaking at Leeds, announced that the British Army was now marehng across the Rhine. The Hercules and a destroyer flotilla have arrived at Wilhclmshaven. The British have entered Cologne. —A. and N. Z. and Renter.
