NO ARMED DOMINATION
NEW YORK, Dec. 5
The United Presj Association correspondent; aboard ibe President's ship .states that chore is every indication that the President will declare for reduction of armaments on land and sea, and that no one sea Power can be supremo.
Another wireless message from the ship states that President Wilson intimated definitely to his entourage his intention when in France to make plain his proposal that all nations would come to the Peace Conference prepared to make sacrifices for lasting peace, and that armed domination by any one nation shall cease.—A. and n!z.
