PRUSSIAN FRANCHISE. EXTRA VOTE DELETED
(Received 7._0 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, Oct. 13. The Suffrage Committee of the Prussian Upper House has deleted the clause in the Franchise Bill giving an additional vote to persons over forty years of age.—Reuter.
