ASK FOR ARMISTICE.
-PEACE NEGOTIATIONS OPENED, KING FERDINAND CONSENTS. (Per Cable Extraordinary.) (Received 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 27. It is reported that Bulgaria has asked for an armistice. The Minister of Finance and General Loukoff are en route to French Headquarters to discuss peace terms, King Ferdinand acquiescing. The French Commander-in-Chief refused the armistice, but agreed to receive the peace delegates.—A. and N.Z.
