Kamo A. versus United were the first to take the field. From the kick off United pressed their opponents hard until Marwick prevented a score by forcing—United 1 Karno nil. A little later on Beehre took from the throw in, passed to McMillan, who sent it out to Hunt, the last named scoring. Beehre failed to convert. United 4, Kamo nil. After the change Marwick prevented Beehre from scoring, an infringeTnent giving Kamo a free. The ball was taken by Steedman and passed successively to Beehre and Lamb, the latter scoring but failed to convert. United 7, Kamo nil. At a later stage Beehre again opened, passing to Hunt, who sent it on to McMillan, who crossed Kamo's line. No attempt was made to convert. United 10, Kamo nil.
