AUCKLAND, May 15. _ Mr Justice Hosking has granted 1 JV J. Boyd leave to appeal to the Privy Council against thcv magistrate's decision, which affocts his position as ' a member of the Onehunga Borough Council, conditional on Boyd paying? the greater part of the costs of the appeal.—.Press Assn.
