COPENHAGEN, November 11

The leaders of the principal parties in the Reichstag profess to believe that the new 'Government will secure a settlement of the political crisis, that the majority of the parties have agreed on a programme which will be fololwed until the end of the war, that Parliament and Government will be no longer antagonistic, and that German Parliamentism is now an accomplished fact.

Herr Kuhlmann has officially notified the leaders of the solution of the crisis.
