The 'Times" correspondent at Petrograd states that Germany's latest attempt to divide the Allies has fallen absolutely flat. In the Russian view peace will come onh r when the enemy is oxpelled from the occupied territories and Belgium and Scrvia liberated, all the Polish lands united, Roumanian and the Italian national aspirations realised, and the robber den of Europe wiped out.
