&-Berlin official message says: General' Mackensen is progressing along the-whole-'front -despite the greatest difficulties of the loads. The great Wallachia South railway line from Bucharest to Cernavoda has been cleared of the enemy. The Russian attacks in the wooded Carpathians and the Servian attacks east of Cerna were repulsed.
