TRICKED BY FALSE CONTRACTS.

(Press Assn. —Reed. 1145 p.m.) NEW YORK, December 7. The "New York Times' " Paris correspondent has obtained a Polish Deputy's speech at a secret session of the Reichstag which was published in a Polish newspaper. Deputy Tronpczynski asserted that the Poles were being-deported like the Belgians. On August 1 25,000 Poles were workiug in Germany. Tbey were enticed there by contracts and then uot allowed to return and many forcibly transported to Germany, the employers paying what they pleased in wages. Many Poles were whipped until they signed reuewals of contracts, and frontier sentries shot several attempting to escape.
