GENERAL MEETING OF CLUB.

On the motion of the chairman, seconded by Mr Spratt, it was decided to comply with the requests.

The secretary was empowered to make immediate arrangements for advertising the regatta. Mr P. Mason moved, and Mr S. Going seconded, that the district-man-after of railways 'be advised as to the Club's programme with a view to obta'ning suitable train arrangements and a concession in fares on regatta day. It was decided to adhere to last year's programme, with the proviso; that, if unsiifficient entries were received, individually, for races two and three these events be then bracketed and race two be deleted from the programme. Accounts were read and passed for payment. Inquiries are also to be made as to what steamer arrangements can be made for New Year's Day.
