LONDON, November 28,
The "Daily Telegraph's" Athens correspondent says that a military council, at which all the trusted Royalist officers were present, decided on a plan of action in the event of an Allied attempt to seize arms. On a bugle call the reservists will sack and burn marked Venizelist establishments and will use firearms where necessary.. Therefore it will be a modern St. Bartholomew's Eve, with Venizelist victims. A Foreign Office official states that when the French fire the first shot all prominent Venizelist homes will be blown up. The Greek Government interprets Admiral Fournet's time-limit condition as marking an Allied surrender.
