WALES' SHARE.
TO SUPPLY COAL.

LONDON, October 27. Mr Lloyd George, in a speech at Newport, said that the greatest service Wales could render now was to supply more coal to Great Britain and her Allies. He did not doubt that sufficient men for Britain's needs would be found within the Empire.
Members of the House of Commons are urging Mr Asquiih to introduce a third Military Service Act, extending the age to forty-five. The Government's decision largely depends upon the recommenr!at : on of the Man Power Boards.
