The "Tribune" advances the theory tliat when Berlin recently celebrated the arrival of th e Bremen in America the submarine had actually arrived. E'he entered no port, but was getting oil and.other supplies from a tender daily going to sea, ostensibly looking for the Bremen, who is acting as mothers'hip to the U53 and other submarines. It is officially stated that there is no evidence of <i. German submarine bas 0 in American waters.
