The Court of Appeal has upheld the conviction of Mr J. Guinncll, Irish '.VI.P., at the time of the Sinn Fein ruvolt, for a breach of the Defence of the Realm Act, in connection with an attempt to interview som c > of the prisoners in ?;;«)!. The Court, however, reduced the fine by one-half.
