PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Council held on Friday, the 7th day of July, 1916., it was resolved (by way of Special Order) that the Whangarei Borough Council -In pursuance of the Powers vested in it by "The .Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," and Amendments thereof and all other powers it thereunto enabling mak e a By-law the object and purport of which is as lows:—Ai.
