WHANGAREI REINFORCEMENTS.
NORTHERN ENLISTMENTS,
J. T. Russell, of Kiripaka, and Joseph Hotere, of Whangarei, went down to camp on Saturday morning by the Manaia; also six Maoris from Kohukohu.
The following enlistments in Auckland have been credited to the Whangarei group:—G. Clarke, Whangarei; S. Ormandy, Mangapai; T. H. Donovan, Warkworth; iA.Moir, Orewa; R. H. Eryer, Kaitaia; A. J. Lingar, Hikurangi; S. Jones, iHenderson; R. H. lllingworth, Helensville; J. Barron, G. H. Battersby and D. C. Clemc-w, Albany; T. W. Chitty, Whakapirau; and J. G. ißarker, Kumeu. 'These enlistments, properly belonging to the Northern district, give No. 3 Group a handsome surplus over their quota for the 16th reinforcements.
