A VISIT TO WALES.

MR. HUGHES STILL BUSY,

LENGTH OF VISIT NOT DECIDED

LONDON, May 5

Mr W. M. Hughes (Premier of Australia) has gone to Wales, and will return on Monday for further conferences regarding the freight and metal problems. Mr Hughes has not decided as to th e length of his stay in England. He hopes, in response to invitations, to visit Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Bristol, Birmingham, and York, and would also like opportunities to address Labour circles. His attendance at the Paris Conference depends on whether his return to Australia is urgently needed, and whether he can -be spared for a longer period in England. Mr Hifghes will attend the Sugar Producers' Conference on Tuesday.
