WHANGAREI BOROUGH COUNCIL. ABATTOIR CHARGES BY-LAWS. (NOTICE is hereby given jhat at a Special .JJeeting of the Whangarei Borough Council held on the 28th day (of June, 1915, the following resolution -was passed, and will be submitted for Confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Council to be held at 6.5S p.m. on MONDAY, the 26th day of July, 1915, at the Council Chamber of the said Council : — RESOLUTION: The Whangarei Borough Gounoil doth in pursuance and exercise of the powers contained in "The Musicip&l Corporations Act, 1908,*' aad "The Slaughtering and- Inspectiom Act, 1 1908," and the Amendments thereof and all other, powers enabling It la this behalf make and ordain the following By-law which shall come into force iii the Borough on the 80tk day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen. 1. This By-law may be referred to as By-law No. », 1915. 2. Section 89 of "Th« Abattoir and Sals of Meat By-laws" shall be and the same is hereby repealed as from the date when this By r law comes into force but shall notwithstanding remain in full force so far, but so far only as relates to any offence committed, penalty incurred, prosecution or proceeding commenced or notice given under or against any of the provisions of the said "Abattoir and Sale of Meat By-laws" before this By-law comes into fore*. l Here follows Clause No. 8 fixing the charges for the use of Abattoir, slaughtering and inspection, housing, yarding, an<l ; paddocklng. : A Copy,of .the said proposed Special ' Order Is deposited at the Office of the Council and is-open to the inspection ef the public during office hours from this day until the 26th day of July, 1915, inclusive.
