Asked what steps the Government was. tailing: to consult the overseas dominions, to ensure full support of the overseas people when peace was considered, Mr, Harcourt replied: "The Premiers'know that they will be most welcome and that there is always a ■vacant chair on the ommittee of Imperial Defence."
