GOES TO; THE FRONT.
WELLINGTON, January 22. ' Mr William' Scotland, a well-known
New Zealand aviator, has decided, to join the aviation corps at the front. He sails for England "in about three weeks' time. • Discussing the possibilities ,of .flying in New Zealand, Mr Scotland expressed the opinion that Canterbury was the best district, and If a school of aviation was efver set up in the Dominion, Christchurch was the most suitable centre.
