PETROCtRAD, January 21
The offensive on the Lower Vistula is increasing. The country contains many hillocks, forests and swamps: ■•
The Russians along the Mlawa-War-saw railway have reached Conopki, ten miles north of Liechanof, worsting the German heavy artillery. The Germans have also entrenched at Bietoun, eleven miles x north-east of Sirpce. Thence the line reaches to the Vistula at Dobrizyn. The last German counter-attack was defeated, only ten miles from Sloclaven.
