WILL HAVE NO DRAWN BATTLE.
INVADER MUST BE DRIVEN OUT,
LONDON, Sept, 21.* The "Times' '" military correspondent' says: "The battle sAvays backwards and forwards. The Allies will not be content with a drawn battle. They must cleanse the soil of France of the invader.
"The time has arrived when it is expected General Joff're will concentrate all his available "troops for serious operation on one flank or the other, even to depleting the-front, in order to secure victory over the wings."
