ROME, Sept 20
Russia has completed the mobilisation of six million men. Only half a million is operating in East Prussia, half a million in Galicia.
The Centre army of 900,000 is advancing on Posen. Another two million are hurrying westward from Siberia* Turkestan and the Caucasus. The rest are acting as a reserve. .
