(Press Assn.—Reed. 11.10 p.m.) NEW YORK, Sept, 16. The "New York Sun" describes the battle of the Marne as the Gettysburg of the war. "Like Napoleon," says the paper, "the Kaiser gambled desperately, but the dice have gone against him, and his dream of a, German world-dominion is blasted."
