LONDON, Sept. 15,
Mr Bonar Law, addressing a meeting of the Unionist party leaders on the Government's proposal re the Irish and Welsh bills, said that the Unionists would continue to support tlie Government in,tlie national crisis. He promised a renewal of opposition by Ulster when the war was over.

Mr Balfour favoured their leaving Mr Bonar Law to utter their protest and to .present their case in the Commons, and this was agreed to.
