"Plot Against the Governor," is in every way a sane, .clean and absorbing drama. It fearlessly exposes politics and "graft," the bane of Yankeeland. A good Indian drama is entitled ''The Trapper's Daughter." The second story of "Who will Marry Mary?" series is worthy of special mention. A Spanish Don becomes enamoured of Mar/ and her bank account. She refuses him in a railroad train, and ,the treacherous Don uncouples the car at the top of the grade down which it dashes. It is stopped in ■.the nick of time at an open drawbridge by the courageous Captain Brandford. "A Woman's Wit" is another striking drama. The light side •of the programme is well catered for, in "Dyed, but not Dead," and "Bingle's Nightmare." Two . wonderfully good scenics—"Climbing the Great Pyramid" and "In the Woods of Montain," are also worthy of special mention. The ever-popular Warwick Chronicle completes this fine , /programme. ,j The greatest battle film ever I screened, "The Battle of-Gettysburg," will be shown on the 27th, 28th, and 29th inst.
