LYCEUM.

A powerful play on novel and unhackneyed lines, titled "Plot Against the Governor;." is the star picture tonight., This drama is levelled at and fearlessly exposes politics and "graft," the bane of Yankeeland. "The Trapper's Daughter" is a play of emotion and heart-power. A drama in which a woman's wit triumphs is depicted in '-A Woman's Stratagem." Especially recommended is the screening of the Edison drama, " Proposal from the Don, "the second story of "Who will Marry Mary?" , series. "Dyed, but not Dead " is a particularly funny A.B. comedy. "Bmgle's Nightmare" and the Warwick Chronicle also appear on the list. Two delightful scenic pic-, tures —"Climbing the Great Pyramid" and "In the Woods of Montain"—are of more than ordinary merit. This programme should prove a big draw.
