The Government has announced that it has decided against an autumn session.

The newspapers indicate that the Ulster conversation will not be. resumed until the Home Rule Bill is read a third time.

Mr Asquith yesterday conferred with Mr Redmond, and it is believed the Government will novv pass the Home Rule Bill rapidly, and send it to the House of Lords llhe after next. The Government will then introduce and expedite an amending bill as a vehicle of settlement, and it will reach the House of Lords as soon as possible after the Home Rule Bill.
