Archbishop Kelly, of Sydney, says he has a recipe for strikes. Ho was speaking at the Irish National Foresters' breakfast in Sydney, and said he hoped for definite and non-delayed completion of the new addition to the cathedral as long as there were no strikes. "Now, my recipe is this," said the Archbishop: "Be as good as ycu can at your work, and make yourselves as good as you can to your employers. If you are employers, put yourselves in the position of your employees. On the other hand, an employee should seek to acquire profit and a y stake in the country. Were J a member of a union I would not vote for a man who had not some property, and who had .thus shown that he was not a success by personal individual efforts." *
