The sequel, to the fatal collision between a motor cyclist and a trap at Spring Grove oh the night of April 13 was that Robert Wallace was to-day charged with the manslaughter of Tom Newth by the omission- 6| his legal duty to' carry proper lamps on his vehicle. Accused reserved his and was committed for trial.
