Hardcourt, Secretary of State for the Colonies, in reply to a question, said that Canada, New Zealand, and Hongkong had agreed to the principle of Britain's recommendations iW-lhe 'js : tablishment of time signals at wireless stations, and ;\o#ier .. Dominions were considering the'pro posal.
