ANIMALS IN A PARACHUTE.

A new form of parachute, with a cage containing a rabbit, hen, pigeon, goose, sheep and pig, was dropped seven hundred feet from a balloon near the Eiffel Tower. The cage struck the ground with some force, but the inmates were uninjured, except the sheep, which was found dazed and motionless. "' •...;.<
