The "Daily Chronicle's" Berlin correspondent says that an AngloGerman agreement is almost concluded by which Germany secures a free hand in economic matters in Angola, with participation in the construction of the Lobita Bay to Katanga railway, which will be the quickest route from Europe through the centre of Africa.
