EVENING SITTING.
In the House in the evening, on the motion for the third reading of the Loan Bill, Opposition members took advantage of the opportunity to Hansardise their speeches made in Committee. After considerable argument was advanced against the Government's reversion of its principles in conection with non-borrowing, the Bill was read a third time.
The House rose at 11.50 p.m.
