COMMISSION OF ENQUIRY
ABANDONED.
ATHENS, Aug. 31. The Greeks continue to hold Dedengatch on behalf of Bulgaria, The projected international commission at Salonika to enquire into the Bulgarian outrages has been abandoned owing to Greece and Servia objecting to M.Milinkoff, the Russian, and Mr Brailsford, the British delegates, on the ground that they favour Bulgaria.
