VICE-ADMIRAL YON DEAD. VIENNA, Aug. 23. Vice-Admiral yon Wellenburg has succumbed to his injuries. A cable from Vienna on Friday last stated that during the firing trials at Pola, an accident occurred to the breach of a 30% centimetre gun. Three officers were killed and several others injured, two seriously. Vice-j Admiral Count Lanjers yon Wellenburg, president of the Naval Technical Committee, was terribly injured,, and had to have his legs amputated.
