SPEECH BY ADMIRAL KING-HALL.
ADELAIDE, Aug. 22
Admiral - King-Hall in a speech on naval matters said he was thankful that the Australian navy, as a national force was outside the sphere of politics and was supported by all parties irrespective of political complexion. He hoped it might long be so.
