MR. REDMOND'S MESSAGE

LONDON, Aug. 20
Mr. T. Lundon, Nationalist M.P. for East Limerick, speaking at a meeting of the Irish League, stated that Mr. Redmond had directed the Irish members of the House of Commons to tell their constituencies that Home Rule, with the King's Consent, will become law on June 7 next.
