AUCKLAND, Aug. 21. In the Supreme Court, Cliff Clasey, a youth aged 20, was charged with '

procuring a noxious drug for an unlawful purpose at the Thames. Accused was admitted to three years' probation and ordered to pay the costs, the mildness of the sentence being due to his youth. Though he had applied to the chemist for a noxious drug with the intent to use it for an unlawful purpose the chemist supplied him with a harmless mixture.
