APPELLATE JURISDICTION BILL.

LONDON, Aug. 12

The Appellate Jurisdiction Bill has been read a third time in the House of Commons.

WEST'S PICTURES,

A very good house attended the Lyceum Cinema last evening. D'Alm'aine, the American illusionist and hypnotist, was at his best. This evening the programme will be changed entirely. The fine picture "Lieut. Daring and the Photography Pigeon," will be shown. Other interesting dramas will be "Lady Jane Gray." The comic pictures will be "A Boxing Challenge" and "The Maid is a Flirt." To-morrow evening the benefit extended to the Cricket Club will be given, at which a full programme ofinteresting pictuies will be screened. This evening will be the last opportunity of seeing D'Almaine.
